In my teaching career and experience I can describe myself as friendly ,enthusiastic and respectful.I am enthusiastic because I want my students to feel that i am highly concerned and they can trust and believe in me , that way they can confidently adopt my content and apply it verbally. My friendliness applies in creating a good rapport with my learners and make my classes interesting.My lessons & teaching style
For a smooth and efficient learning process i do not rely on one teaching method but adopt to the type of class I have. I prefer individual approach to alternate between being the authority , demonstrator, facilitator and deligator. I also offer my learners space to develop independent thinking by holding presentations by learners in my classes. I also hold quizes and tests for learners to do research and develop critical thinking skills.My teaching material
