About Me

Hi there! My name is Benitah, a Sociology and Social Work university graduate born and raised in Kenya. I have a passion for language learning and I am always eager to expand my knowledge in different languages. My favorite language, however, is Kiswahili, which I have loved since I was young. I am confident in my ability to teach this beautiful language and share my knowledge and culture with others. Aside from language learning, I also love traveling and experiencing new cultures, cooking, and meeting new people. I believe that travel and language learning go hand in hand and I am always eager to learn from those I meet on my travels.

I am a patient and dedicated teacher, always looking for ways to make my lessons engaging and fun. I strive to create a positive learning environment for my students and help them reach their goals. I am confident that my passion for language learning and teaching will make our lessons both enjoyable and productive. My lessons & teaching style

My teaching style is student-centered and interactive. I believe that every student learns differently and my goal is to understand how each student best absorbs information and adjust my lessons accordingly. I also incorporate real-life situations and cultural elements into my lessons to make them more engaging and relevant. In addition, I encourage students to ask questions and participate in class discussions, as this helps them build confidence and solidify their understanding of the language.
