Me as a Teacher
For me it is important to know why you want to learn the language.
Is it for school? work? for holiday or just for fun?
This is important because each reason will need a different approach, a different set of words for example.
If you need to learn Dutch for academically reasons you will be needing exercises over conversations for example.
Although my experience is that people tend to learn a language more for reasons to be able to have conversations rather than to learn grammar. Grammar is important and you cannot escape from it, but I completely understand that if your focus and goals are to have conversations, your main will be to actually have conversations to learn.
My lessons & teaching style
My teaching style is flexible. You need to be able to switch tactics where this is needed.
Therefor it is important to know why you are learning Dutch, so I can prepare this to your needs.
I will always check and take in account who you are and what helps you learn the best in order to help you reach you goals.
