Hello and welcome to my Italki profile. My name is Allan, I am 35 years old and I'm from the Philippines. I am a licensed Teacher in my country for 12 years now. I am specifically from Pampanga which is known as Culinary Capital of the Philippines which means it caters to some of the best Filipino dishes.
I graduated from Angeles University Foundation with a degree of Bachelor of Secondary Education major in English. Filipino is my mother tongue, and English is my second language. I love reading, writing poems, singing, and baking. I have taught English and Filipino in Junior High School.Me as a Teacher
I have wide experience in teaching Filipino from intermediate to advanced level learners. I can assist you with all aspects of your Filipino learning for example speaking, reading, writing, listening, pronunciation, accents, and other aspects of Filipino language that you may want to learn. Many of my students before were from the Junior High School, and I have experienced teaching as well foreign students in my class whom I was able to guide in learning Filipino.My lessons & teaching style
In our scheduled lessons, we will come up with a plan that works for you. We will have a lesson plan that will help you in learning the language. There are discussions for you to understand a particular lesson. I will give you materials that are useful in understanding the language, and we will have activities in class to apply what you learned during our session. You can always message me ahead of any topics you would want to discuss in our session. You are welcome to provide your own material which we can discuss together.My teaching material
