About Me

Hello, I'm Alessandro, born in Torino, Italy.
I've been teaching Italian to foreigners online for over 8 years now.
14 years ago I moved to Poland and after sometime I started to teach Italian to few friends.
Later on I started to study in order to do it on a more professional level.
Now I'm CEDILS certified as a professional teacher of Italian language for foreigners.
Since January of 2023 I've been officialy certified interviewer/examiner for PLIDA exams (Italian language certification released by Societa' Dante Alighieri), one of the 3 international recognized certification of Italian language togeher with CELI and CILS.Me as a Teacher
I've been learning and practicing direct/natural method with Berlitz school, but i believe that the best method is the one tailored on the students goals and personality.
So after uderstanding the level and the goals of the student, I apply my experience and the different learning methods I know, with a particular attention to induce the learning and to keep up the motivation, with fun and professionalism.My lessons & teaching style
Beginners
Most of the students I've been teaching were beginners (A1-A2), and it's very interesting to apply natural/direct method with them. Later on of course it's useful to use english to better explain some grammar and give instructions in a clear way.
Intermediate/Advanced
I have several students of intermediate/advanced level (B2/C1), who just wanted to keep up their level through conversations and interesting opinion interchanges. Commenting articles, reading news together, or go deeper in the Italian culture and traditions are the most useful topics for both of us!My teaching material
