Hello, i am teacher Brenda. I started teaching Swahili a year ago and i love hiking. With the beautiful scenery and topography of our country it is an exciting sport. I have a bachelors Degree in Project Planning and Management. I speak 3 languages fluently: Swahili, English and Kuria.Me as a Teacher
I have been teaching Swahili as a private tutor for the past one year. With my teaching experience i have learned that every student has different needs and learning ability. I enjoy sharing my knowledge and helping the students get more confident in their pronunciation, reading and writing. My lessons are fun and engaging to help my students have a more interactive session. I am a patient, kind and loving teacher.My lessons & teaching style
I would describe my teaching style as an active learning style to have interactive classrooms. With the teaching style the student and I are engaged in the teaching style and learning process. This helps the student to gain more knowledge. My goal as a teacher is to be focused on quality learning by understanding the different needs of every student and tailor classes to fit the specific needs of the students, make honest assessment, and help students improve reading and writing skills. I teach grammar, engineering terminology, reading and writing.
