Hello! I am Laiba, A teacher leader who is ambitious, innovative, and bold in her profession. I am from Lahore, Pakistan. I am quite passionate to transfer my knowledge to the students and unprivileged children of my community. Currently, I am studying M.phil Education from university of the Punjab . I did Bachelor's of education ,which is a professional 4 years teacher training degree programme .I have been teaching online and formally for about 5 years in well reputed institutions of Pakistan . To continue my Professional tutoring services I would like to become a part of italki. I want to share my knowledge, experiences, and benefit people with the help of my Teaching.

I am enthusiastic and helpful as a teacher . I always try to make myself, a good teacher inspiration for my Students. I like the democratic and interactive way of teaching. I involve students in various fun activities, provide material, assist the students in Assignment and exam preparation, etc. I Develop strategies and techniques to focus on the areas of Urdu Reading, writing, listening, and speaking with the use of ICT tools and their integration in my teaching . I use different methods to teach Urdu as a language according to the content, goal, and age group of the students .My lessons & teaching style
My teaching style to teach Urdu is quite interesting and productive for students. I believed that Urdu is not only a language and a subject, it is a whole process of learning to get a fine product. I prefer to Creat an interactive and Collaborative learning environment for Teaching in which the students feel free to ask any question, free to explore ideas, encourages to participate in Discussion and share their ideas . Mostly I adapt my teaching style according to the learning Goals and objectives of students and in what way of learning they want to learn. My major focus is on the formation of superior lesson plans ,add activities ,new teaching strategies and techniques .
