I’m a CELTA qualified English teacher which means I have a Cambridge qualification in teaching English. I'm qualified with over 120 hours of one-to-one tuition and over 500 hours teaching online on Italki previously as a community tutor and now as a professional. In 2017 I’ve been awarded the Certificate of Proficiency at Cambridge University.My lessons & teaching style
In my classes, I like to use a communicative approach which means that my lessons are student-centered. My main goal is to make the students talk as much as possible. I use books, various sources anything that would keep the student interested and engaged in the lesson.
We will focus largely on conversation as well as improving your grammar and expanding your vocabulary for whatever subject you are interested in, or if you just need help with pronunciation, grammar, reading, writing. I’m a very patient, flexible, and friendly person, easy to talk to about any topic you would find interesting.

Sergio was very flexible and willing to work with my personalized needs. He was patient and willing to push my comfort zone. I wanted to speak as much Italian as possible during my half hour session and Sergio helped in accomplishing this goal.
