My name is Tamera but please do feel free to call me Tammy. I speak English and Afrikaans and I've recently obtained my TEFL & TESOL 168 hours certificate. My hobbies include cooking, creating new recipes, photography and reading. I am kind, very patient and energetic and I love interacting with different people.Me as a Teacher
Learning a new language can be a bit tedious and challenging, therefore the atmosphere in this classroom will be relaxed, pleasant and not too formal.
I am able to adapt to different students' needs and capabilities. I encourage students not to be afraid to make mistakes because it is through those mistakes that they will be able to learn and grow.My lessons & teaching style
My teaching style is adapted to each student and their specific needs. In this classroom mistakes are allowed, and questions are highly encouraged. Our focus will be on conversational English or Afrikaans and our main focus will be on articulation, punctuation and grammar or any other topic that you would like to discuss depending on your needs.My teaching material
