Hello! I'm Gabriel Gallinari, a Portuguese teacher passionate about helping foreigners master the Portuguese language. I was born and raised in São Paulo, Brazil, and I'm 35 years old. I have a degree in Languages at the University of São Paulo, one of the most prestigious institutions in Latin America.
During my undergraduate studies, I focused on Portuguese Language and Latin, enhancing my deep understanding of the structure, grammar, and nuances of the Portuguese language. I obtained my bachelor's degree in 2015, and since then, I have dedicated my career to teaching Portuguese to foreigners.Me as a Teacher
With over 7 years of experience in the field, I have had the opportunity to work in several language schools located in São Paulo. In these schools, I taught not only regular classes but also conversation workshops, intensive courses, and played a key role in the development of teaching materials.
Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with students from different countries around the world, dealing with diverse demands and proficiency levels. This diversified experience has allowed me to adapt my teaching method to meet the specific needs of each student, ensuring effective progress in learning the Portuguese language.My lessons & teaching style
My teaching methodology is based on an active approach that encourages students' active participation in their own learning. I utilize a variety of resources, such as textbooks, practical exercises, texts, music, and videos.
During lessons, I also highlight aspects of Brazilian culture, exploring customs, traditions, and cultural events. I believe that cultural knowledge is essential for authentic communication and a deeper understanding of the language.
With this methodology, I aim to create a welcoming and stimulating environment where students feel confident to practice and enhance their language skills.My teaching material
