I am ambitious and driven. I thrive on challenges and constantly set goals for myself, so I have something to strive toward. I'm not comfortable with settling, and am always looking for an opportunity to do better and achieve greatness. I am as well very flexible and resourceful. Even when things change at the last minute, I'm able to adjust accordingly and meet tight deadlines. Most importantly, I enjoy interacting with others and one of my life's greatest joy is making new friends and expanding my circle of knowledge. I am a positive person who has an enthusiastic outlook on life. I love my job as a teacher and I get a great sense of achievement from seeing my students develop and grow as individuals. As a teacher I feel that I'm connected to my students' lives and I have a direct influence on them,. They deserve a stimulating and supportive environment that brings out the best in them. I always encourage them to broaden their imaginations and reach for goals they considered unattainable. As a teacher they are my primary responsibility and their needs are always placed before my own. Their development is my priority.My lessons & teaching style
I would describe my lessons as the most interesting and interactive where all learners' needs are catered for. In my classroom, making mistakes is allowed because its through them that we learn more. I correct students instantly and encourage them to keep trying. I use learner centered methods where I guide them to discover through prompting questions, research and experiments. I as well prefer individualized learning because it helps me as a teacher to meet learners diverse needs. Since I typically work with students one on one, I always try to clearly define the goals with each one. Not what I want to achieve, but what they want to achieve, what they expect from our cooperation.My teaching material
