I am a graduate of BSED Social Studies and had my teaching career right after I graduated last 2022, at the moment, I am a Business English Teacher teaching Taiwanese students and specialized in Survival English, IELTS, TOIEC and other test taking courses. In my free time, I always visit orphanage and home for the aged to do volunteering and it always includes teaching. I spent 9 months in a remote island teaching indigenous kids. Teaching has been my passion and will always be a part of me, my philosophy is to become the teacher I need when I was a student.Me as a Teacher
I always localize my lessons, meaning I tailor it to the individual needs and environment of the students for I believe that learning should be wholistic and anchored in the reality of the students and it is multi-faceted in a way that it will cater the various intelligence and learning adaptability of the learner. I always maintain a calm class and an atmosphere that welcomes suggestions, requests and criticism. I incorporate teaching materials like personalized power point presentations, flashcards, videos and audios to help student retain lessons.My lessons & teaching style
My teaching style is always been equipped with the ESA framework and systematic approaches. ESA is Engage, Study and Actualize. In this way students learn by doing and me as a teacher becomes the facilitator rather than the mere giver of information.My teaching material
