Hi, I'm Jenny, one of the language teacher here on Italki. I'm from the Philippines and a native speaker of Filipino (Tagalog). I am also fluent in English as I have worked as a Customer Service Representative in several US-based companies for 3 years.
I'm a graduate of Business Management - major in Marketing but teaching is my passion, which led me to take 18 units of Professional Education. Recently, I passed the Licensure Examination for Professional Teachers - Secondary, specializing in Social Studies.
I'm open to talk about anything under the sun as long as it's not personal nor below the belt, and I would also love to share with you the rich history and culture of the Philippines.Me as a Teacher
As a teacher, I am passionate about teaching my students new language without being scared. I am very kind and patient especially when my students needed more time to fully understand the lesson and won't give up on them until they have completely learned how to speak in a neutral accent.My lessons & teaching style
