Ciao! My name is Fabio and I was born and raised in the beautiful city of Naples (Napoli). I studied in Florence and then moved to the US to complete my studies in business and psychology (PhD). I work as a university professor but I am very passionate about teaching the Italian language to students from different cultures. I live in Miami, Florida but I travel a lot between Europe, the US and South America.Me as a Teacher
I have been teaching Italian for over 20 years at the college level (University of Hawaii, St. Mary's College) and at the Italingua Language Institute in San Francisco as well as privately and online. I also speak fluently Spanish, French and Portuguese.My lessons & teaching style
My lessons are very relaxed and interactive and adapt to your learning style. I share a lot of engaging material to keep my students motivated and learn more quickly.
The focus is on active involvement of students in both speaking and listening in realistic everyday situations. Gradual acquisition of grammatical structure and vocabulary with an emphasis on pronunciation and natural association of sounds with images.My teaching material
