Welcome! My name is Rakrawee Chaisuriya, but my friends and family call me Punchie. I am a passionate and experienced Thai language teacher based in Bangkok, the dynamic capital city of Thailand. Not only do I specialize in teaching the language, but I also enjoy sharing my culture and insights on the diverse lifestyle and culture of Bangkok. In my free time, I love to travel, paint, read, watch movies, swim, and experience all the amazing things that Bangkok and Thailand have to offer. Whether you're a beginner or looking to improve your Thai language skills, I would love to guide you on your journey. Let's explore the beauty of Bangkok and Thailand together!

Me as a Teacher

I am an experienced Thai teacher fluent in English, who understands the unique challenges faced by tourists and expats while learning Thai. My course is tailored to cater to the needs of the individual student, whether it's for daily conversation or more formal Thai language learning. I create a fun and relaxed atmosphere in my lessons, where my students feel comfortable making mistakes, trying out new words and experimenting with grammar. I am dedicated to helping my students reach their goals and become confident in speaking Thai. Let's work together to make your Thai language journey an enjoyable and successful one.

My lessons & teaching style

Informative but fun! :D My classes vary from a super-beginner class, where I teach the very basics of Thai language, as well as introducing you to elements of Thai culture, to a more advanced class where we can debate a particular topic using what you have learned so far, or focus on improving a specific skill. Simply book a trial lesson for a time that suits you and we can discuss your own particular needs and the best way to meet them! :) Oh, and don't worry, unless you request otherwise, in the first class I will greet you and introduce myself in English, so there's no need to feel nervous ;)
