I am a polyglot fluent in six languages, with over 15 years of experience learning and teaching foreign languages. Having lived in more than six countries, I now call Sweden home. Alongside my work as a Stockholm-based tour guide, I volunteer at language cafés, play the traditional Nyckelharpa, and enjoy helping others feel at home in Sweden. I believe anyone can learn a language, but traditional methods don’t work for everyone. They certainly didn’t for me. As someone who made plenty of mistakes and learned what truly works, I now share practical strategies that'll lead you to real progress. I also coach students to overcome limiting beliefs and self-imposed obstacles, building confidence and resilience. My goal is to empower you with tools, mindset, and motivation to unlock your full potential in language learning. My lessons & teaching style
My teaching style rests on two principles: deliberate practice and need-based grammar. We’ll cover just enough grammar to form sentences, then move quickly into real-life use. Lessons focus on building vocabulary through simple conversations and identifying the most useful words for your personal goals. Together, we’ll design a vocabulary strategy tailored to you, and I’ll encourage daily, manageable practice. This way, language learning becomes a natural habit, not a chore.My teaching material
