As a mother, I would like to share with you the parenting experience. As a housewife, I would like to share with you the cooking skills. As a woman, I would like to share with you the fashion trend about dress and cosmetics. I also like reading books in library and appreciating movies in cinema. These habits can shape my mind, and I want to shape my body as well. So I participate in various sports everyday.It make me healthy and energetic in daily life. You can either travel or read,but either your body or soul must be on the way.Therefore, I have passion for travelling and I have travelled to many countries.Me as a Teacher
My name is Sophia, I am from mainland China,so I am a native speaker in mandarin. I was major in English during my college days. I found many foreign friends are interested in learning mandarin, so I spent nearly four years to finish online course in Beijing Language and Culture University which is Chinese top language university. I got the bachelor degree of TCSL which is teaching Chinese as a second language in 2018. It deepens my understanding about linguistics, education and cross-cultural communication both in English and Chinese. It also helps me a lot in bilingual instruction. Now I am beginning my teaching journey.My lessons & teaching style
I will not only teach students about Chinese language knowledge about Pinyin pronunciation, character, grammar and cultural background, but also emphasize on basic skills including listening, reading, speaking and writing. My teaching goal is striving for students to be communication-orientated and balanced in four basic skills. My fundamental teaching method is simple: practice makes perfect. And I know the difference of language system between Chinese and English, so I will be very patient and encouraging. Meanwhile, I will prepare tailor-made lessons for different level students.My teaching material
