Hey there! I'm Kelly, a TESOL qualified teacher with four years experience teaching students ranging from children through to adults. I’m enthusiastic about helping people gain confidence in speaking and listening to English.
I grew up in Australia, then made my second and current home in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. I enjoy yoga, hiking, music, going on adventures with friends, or making hours disappear with a great podcast series or book. Some topics I find fascinating are history, psychology, human behavior and personal growth.Me as a Teacher
I provide a friendly and enjoyable atmosphere for my students with lots of opportunity for speaking, listening and error correction. During our lesson, I share any corrections or key vocabulary discussed. This provides a reference and something to review if you wish to.My lessons & teaching style
I specialize in conversational lessons which help to develop confidence in speaking and listening to English.
My lessons are tailored to my students’ interests and goals. During our first class we can establish the kinds of topics, materials, grammar or vocabulary that you’d like to practice, then I’ll create future lessons according to that.
Alternatively, if you’re looking to practice real world free-flowing conversation, we can of course have this style of lesson as well.
