Hi, everyone. I’m Hikaru.
I’m a native Japanese teacher.
I was born in Saitama and currently live in Malaysia.
My job is to teach Japanese, at the Japanese school, both physically and online.
My hobby is watching anime, drama, playing badminton and hiking.

My job is to teach Japanese, at the Japanese school, both physically and online.
I have experience teaching from children to adults, from beginners to advanced level .
私の仕事は日本語学校で日本語を教えることです。教室でも、オンラインクラスでも教えたことがあります。
私は子どもから大人までの学生さんに初級から上級までのレベルの日本語を教えたことがあります。My lessons & teaching style
I mainly use Japanese in the lesson. However, if you don’t understand Japanese well, I can use English too. Also I’m studying mandarin so I can speak Mandarin a little bit.
My teaching materials are “Minna no Nihongo” textbook, PowerPoint, CD, DVD, news articles and conversation. Please let me know if you would like to use the other textbook.

Hikaru sensei is very patient with my daughter. I have seen tremendous improvement in my daughter’s Japanese in just a few lessons. Sensei is very soft-spoken, patient and understanding and my daughter enjoys being taught by her a lot :)
