Hi, I am Matteo from Brighton. I am a fluent English and Italian speaker offering English conversation lessons. I finished studying English at the University of Nottingham in 2019 and I have a TEFL course. I have taught in several academies (one in Spain and one in England). I love talking to new people and helping them talk about beginner topics like routines and hobbies all the way up to more advanced topics like talking about history, politics, philosophy and culture. As well as being interested in these topics, I love learning languages, theatre, watching films/t.v, doing yoga and running.Me as a Teacher
I am a patient and flexible individual with 4+ years of formal teaching experience. I have dabbled in learning French and Spanish. So, I know the challenges and how daunting learning a new language can be. So, I try to make my lessons comfortable and fun where i adjust my talking speed and vocab choice according to the student's level.My lessons & teaching style
My teaching style is, on the most part, an informal conversation tailored to your needs which essentially attempts to teach you in an indirect way: vocab, grammar, idioms or anything that pops up during the conversation. The lesson will then finish by looking over some of the things that we have learnt during the conversation.
