Hi! It's lovely to see you here. My name is Urša and I come from Nova Gorica, Slovenia. I have a Bachelor's degree in Slovenian language and a Master's degree in Bussines. Until 2020, I was working in tourism. However, in April 2020, after losing my job and apartment in Canada, I had to return home and find new ways to travel. Nowadays I work at a tech company and spend most of my free time learning languages, tutoring Slovenian and reading.Me as a Teacher
For the past few years, I've been helping people with English and Slovenian both in-person and online. My main goal as a teacher is to make you feel comfortable speaking in your target language. Don't allow the fear of making a mistake to hold you back. 😊My lessons & teaching style
I think we all have different learning styles and I want to adapt my lessons to fit your needs. We can either:
- converse, if you want to work on your speaking skills and learn new expressions,
- practice grammar, if you'd like to improve your grammar knowledge,
- work on your writing skills,
- look at the cultural aspects of the language you are learning,
or do something else. It's up to you.
