Hi everyone! My name is Anne. I am an undergraduate student in the USA, where I study philosophy and English, Latin American, and Francophone literature.
At my college, I work in the Writing Center as a writing tutor for other students, so I have a lot of training for helping people with their writing.Me as a Teacher
I absolutely adore languages. English is so beautiful to me – I love the sounds, the people, the literature, and the multiplicity of culture that it represents.
As a language learner myself, I know exactly what it feels like to go through the steps – all the ebbs and flows, triumphs and frustrations, of the path to fluency. From this perspective, I’m understanding and sympathetic to you as a learner, and will be able to guide you in ways that truly help you grow.

My lessons are flexible and personalized, but primarily based in real-world settings, because that’s where fluency is really obtained!
In our first lesson, we will discuss your objectives with language learning, and from there, I will create an organic and adaptable learning plan that helps you reach your goals.
I think that conversational practice is one of the best ways of making mistakes and learning from those mistakes, so that will be the focus of most lessons. But, depending on your interests and level, I will supplement our conversations with grammatical theory, texts from books, songs, and whatever might interest you.5.0

Anne is quite exceptional. She’s incredibly enthusiastic and honest with her teaching methodology. Class could never be dull with her. She is really amazing to work with, and will customize the sessions to ensure that you get the best result/improvement possible. She’s also very sweet, reassuring, and will always encourage you to try your best. Additionally she is understanding, so she creates a judgement free environment to learn in! A great bonus is that she’s also super funny and she always creates interesting dialogue
