About Me

I am 29 years old, and I am from Milan - the proud Italian capital of fashion! I studied and worked in Sydney, Australia, for a few years, but now I am based in Berlin, Germany, where I am starting to learn German. I have a background in Architecture, and I recently started a new project on my own which requires me to learn some programming languages, such as CSS and JavaScript. So I learn new things everyday!
I am passionate about heath and well-being, so I like practising yoga, cooking my meals, and organic cosmetics. But also, I love discussing about business ideas, I am a fan of extreme sports, and I practice Krav Maga.Me as a Teacher
I have experience teaching since I was in school, as I was tutoring younger students in Maths and English. Later, after I moved to Australia, I started pairing with English native speakers to tutor each other in our respective languages. That's when I realised how much fun it was to teach and share my native language!
I know that learning a foreign language is hard, for some harder than for others. I also know how standardised language tests can be and absolute nightmare. But remember that every time you take action by reading an article in Italian, watching an Italian movie, or by attending a class, you make a step forward. Be proud of yourself and keep going!My lessons & teaching style
I don't do standardised lessons. Your needs, your background, and your motivation will decide how we will approach the language. Overall, we will practice conversation, formal and informal. I will widen your vocabulary, focusing on your areas of interest. I will be tough on the grammar, so expect to be corrected if needed, and expect to do grammar-focused exercises. I might use the 'New Italian Espresso' textbook for reference. We will also have our fun moments, for example when I will make you practice rolled R's!5.0
