Hello! My name is Inês, and I'm 25 years old. I have academic training in Clinical Psychology, and, in parallel, I dedicate myself to dance. In that sense, I consider myself to be a communicative, expressive, creative, and dedicated person!
For me, learning and teaching languages revolve around the exchange of cultures. My interest in this area reflects my interest in traveling and meeting people from all over the world. I speak, in addition to Portuguese, in English and Spanish.Me as a Teacher
As the daughter of teachers, I believe that teaching is in my blood! I have been teaching dance since I was 16, which allowed me to improve my way of communicating and teaching. As a language teacher, I intend to help you reach your goals without fear of making mistakes because, without mistakes, there is no growth!My lessons & teaching style
Since I am a community tutor, the focus of my classes will be on your conversational skills! However, I plan my classes flexibly, depending on your goals. I will make available all kinds of materials so that you can make your study simpler and more fun! A typical class will be dynamic, informal, but extremely productive. Inês is absolutely wonderful! I have learned an incredible amount from her over the past year. Now it feels completely natural to chat with her in Portuguese, whereas a year ago I did not even know how to say ‘How are you?’. I still make mistakes of course, that is a normal part of learning, and those mistakes are corrected by Inês after each session, which really helps.
