Hello, I am Yisen an ESL teacher with over 14 years of teaching experience in Asia and the US. I graduated with my Bachelors in Biology with a minor in Chemistry. I lived in the US until my mid 20s when I moved to China to learn and work. I currently live in Shanghai.Me as a Teacher
I am a patient teacher, who looks to find where students struggle the most and how best to approach issues to resolve difficulties.My lessons & teaching style
I engage my students with humor, interesting topics, and respectful cultural sharing. Language learning is about being able to communicate effectively and doesn't always rely on absolute correctness, but on adaptability and improvisation. I like to expand on topics and challenge students to find their limits and make mistakes. In making mistakes we find our areas of growth.My teaching material
