I create a google document for each student and type everything that we do/say during the class. I ask a lot of questions and wait patiently until you answer - after that I provide grammar and pronunciation corrections and suggest different words you could have used and type it all in the document. You can access it anytime, add your own words or translations and do your homework there, it's like a virtual notebook.

The age of my students varied from as young as 5 to as old as 65, so I have experience with many different students in many different stages of life.
