Last Sunday, I did a volunteer activity at a home for the aged. It was my second time to visit there. We made Origami Azisai flowers together. An old woman looked pleased and she said she want to display the Azisai I made. I was very happy and put up my Azisai on the wall in her room. We also helped staff to clean wheelchairs. I want to visit there again.
In English Azisai are called Hydrangea.
But Hydrangea is the flowers family name.
Azisai has some odd common names around the world like Big Leaf, Mop Head or French Hydrangea - so i think it words best to use the Japanese flower name.
Please correct my sentences!
Last Sunday, I did a volunteer activity at a home for the aged. It was my second time visiting there. We used origami (folding paper), and made azisai (a flower name) together. One old woman looked pleased, and she said she wanted to display the azisai which I made. I was very happy to hear that! I put up my azisai on the wall in her room. We also helped the staff to clean wheelchairs. I want to visit there again.
