Hello Chady.
"Novia" could mean girlfriend ( amiga) as Rochelle mentioned or
fiancee (prometida).
The right one in this particular sentence depends on the context .

If it's a question: Do you want to be my girlfriend?
If it's a statement: You want to be my girlfriend.
