Hi! How are you? My name is Martín Dellanque, I'm an English teacher and I wanted to start teaching foreign students Spanish! I’m also a music student here in Argentina, I’m a drummer and I love learning about new languages and cultures! I consider myself to be bilingual, so if you have any doubts during my classes we can solve it using English as a Bridge! (Of course, the objective is for you to speak Spanish haha). I can't wait to start teaching you how to speak, read, write, and listen to Spanish! I hope you give me a chance! Nos vemos pronto!

Yo como profesor

I taught English here in Argentina in face-to-face lessons for almost a year, and now I'm itching some Spanish classes! I can help you with your school homework, help you learn Spanish from 0, practice conversational skills for traveling, or maybe even prepare an international exam! All levels and ages are welcome! I think that the most important aspect of a class is for the student to be comfortable with the teacher, not only with the teacher's teaching style, but also with their personality; that's why it's my PRIORITY for you to feel at ease when making mistakes, or if you are nervous, or didn't do the homework. I think of myself as a warm person, and I think so will you!

Mis clases y método de enseñanza

What I usually do in class (depending on the necessities/previous knowledge/interests of my students) is to first give a clear goal for the class, then introduce you to the vocabulary needed, then we go through the grammar needed to apply said vocabulary, and then we talk! These last two points are the most interchangeable, some students need to be comfortable with their grammar before talking, and others (like me), are more comfortable with speaking first, making mistakes, and then check their grammar. I'm very flexible with my method, as long as the student is willing to make even a little bit of effort, the results just roll in!
