Before speaking of this topic, there is a great funny saying I want to share with you. It says that when a person is starving, he or she only has one problem, but when they are full, they have to face countless annoying things. So, when you ask me something about improving sleep quality, my experience is that you need to empty you mind and not to focus on the things which is eally hard to achieve. Everyone living in this world is one of a kind, but no one is perfect! We tend to compare to others on money, position or reputatio. Once we think that something we owned are shorter than others, a special feeling usually fill up our mind cause us to lose confidence. We would try our best to get all the things we want, but as a consequence, we always fail. We even think that doing chores, taking care of children are wasting time. All the bad thoughts in your mind make your life getting worse until you get insomnic night by night. Everything happened was not occasional, it has its own origin. Only with a positive motive, the thing can go well!

title: Volunteer Dear Cando School Team, I saw you are hiring volunteers and I'm interested in becoming a volunteer to share some experiences of learning Chinese. Are you still accepting volunteers for this June to August? I am also available in winter if you prefer. I am working at xx as a teaching assistant and have obtained the CELT-P (Certificate in English Language Teaching – Primary) qualification. I am more comfortable with teaching Mandarin Chinese because it’s my native language. I am passionate about education; I am currently teaching Mandarin on a Hong Kong website where most of my students are Westerners. Before this, I worked for a charity called Little Flower Projects. I was profoundly moved by the generosity of the co-founders, donors and volunteers, which inspired me to want to become a volunteer myself. Thank you for considering. I look forward to your reply. All best wishes, X

Well, i dont know if i have done it yet, though they say they're proud of me for what all i have done so far and am currently doing in my life. There was a phase in my life when I didn’t fully see everything my parents were doing for me. But as I’ve grown older, I’ve realised and can see the their sacrifices and emotional strength they gave me without ever saying a word. Especially my mom… she believed in me even when I didn’t believe in myself. She gave up her own comforts for my needs and wants. She’s given me so much love, support, and strength—often in ways I didn’t understand at the time. I’m working hard not just to grow in my life, but to build a life where they can finally rest and feel cared for—where the weight they’ve carried for years slowly begins to lift. Even though I know I haven’t done enough yet, I try every day. I know we can never truly repay our parents — not for the sleepless nights, the compromises, or the dreams they silently gave up—but we can try. And I’m trying.
