I would like to talk about one thing that I can not live without, which is my cell phone First of all, it is really convenient if we have a cell phone. Because we can use our cell phone to do anything. Like playing video games when I am on the subway or buses. Watching movies and for me I usually watch movies on the subway by cellphone. Studying like every day I listen to storytelling on some sort of apps. , watching movies even pay utilities like electricty bill water bill and when I want to go out for fun, I can order a taxi by app Secondly, it saves your money because long time ago we need to text messages using money, now we can send our messages on wechat. It won't cost you anything. I still remembered when I was in university, I need to charge my phone for minutes if I wanted to have enough time to chat with my friends. Since our cellphone is more smart, so we can contact our friends or parents at any time that you want. Thirdly, it is free from stealing, We used to pay money in cash when we had dinner or bought some food or snacks at the restaurants or shopping mall, now we only pay money by alipay or wechat. So we do not need to worry about that we forget to take the money or being stolen by people.

Most of TV series made me sad because of... wasted time. Why so? I have impression of the following scheme happening too often. The series creators have the core plot in mind, however it isn't set in stone and can be manipulated on the fly to extend or shrink series duration. It seems like creators allocate a chunk of funds, shoot a season and look at how it was recepted. If season goes well, then another season comes next. If not, then plot suddenly wraps up and series end. In my opinion the best series I've ever seen were set in stone, as a whole piece of art, and done no matter what.

Today is sunny. I learned in science class about mixtures and solutions. Generally, any change that doesn't alter the particles is a physical change. The question came up: is salt dissolving in water a physical change? Indeed, it is. Then, I was asked how to separate sand and salt in a mixture. For the first time, I felt sharp enough to tackle the issue swiftly. I chose to mix the mixture in water; the sand would settle, and the salt would dissolve. Later on, I could evaporate the salty water to extract the solid salt. I feel like a genius!

Lately, I've felt like doing something different. Tonight, I went to a restaurant near my apartment after work and enjoyed drinking wine and a great pasta.🍷 It was special for me because I hardly ever go to a restaurant on weekdays after work. I basically go home directly from the office. I honesty always prefer to stay home. It's more relaxing. I'm an authentic home body. That's why it's rare for me to treat myself well outside especially on an ordinary day like this day. But It was really great. It gave me energy to keep going for the rest of the day at work. Although I always enjoy working, I often feel tired most of the time. The more I get usud to work, the more I get bored. This feelings is inevitable for many of us... I just realized that. So, we need purposely find enjoyment by ourselves in our lives

I think that there are two most important reasons for the people who get promoted. The first reason is that they have good career plans in the beginning of their career. We always meet some young people who look very mature and steady which is very different from their peers. They might have taught how to understand the rules of the reality in an early age, and did their best to learn the essential skills requried after they start their careers. On the other side, most people just focus on their academic achievements until graduate from university, then they begin to learn how to survive the competition with their colleagues. I even saw some people who didn't know how to keep a good realitionship with others, let alone get promoted. The second reason I think is that good opportunities are the key to get promoted. Such as meet a kind superior who can help you improve yourself. No matter which reason is more important, being stronger is the precondition of getting promoted. Indolence is your biggest enemy. Please remeber that no pain, no gain!
