I went to Rock in Japan Fes one weeks ago. It’s a kind of the most famous musical festival in Japan. We saw some artists. Especially we wanted to see INI. They are our favorite artist. So we went there in the morning and take a seat in second row. It was so nearly to stage! We can see their performance in the near. I was attracted by them. Also, we saw many other artists. For example, KORESAWA. She is a solo singer. Her voice was so cute, her song was so lovely and her performance was so attractive! We have loved her since the day. We enjoyed it. I wanted CDJ.(CDJ is year end festival ) I love music festivals very much!

I came across an online repot about "The Right Way To Take In Carbs" and would like to summarize and share of the interesting points here. One of the necessary things to spend healthy lifestyle is to have common sense about right diet. The report said that 90% of people take in carbs in the wrong way. Firstly, we have to learn how to check the standard tables of food composition. It's important to check dietary fiber, salt and water. Secondary, we'd better think out of the box and update common sense about diet. When it comes to meal, homemade dish is good and prepared one is bad. This is one of the typical stereotypes. You might worry about additive, but it is used based on the strict criteria. You also should try to eat well-balanced diet. You shouldn't eat something or should skip carbohydrate at night. This is also wrong. A certain expert says you have to try to eat carbs as much as possible at night. That's because many things are processing in your body and you need plenty of energy during sleep. People think fast food is not good for our health. This is also assumption. You can change it into heathy food depending on choice and arrangement. If you want to eat fast food, you just have to order it to go and add vegetables and soups later to balance out nutrients. Doing so will make you eat everything you like. This is super good to know and I'm so happy to hear that!

I to write about series opening soundtrack line. My favorite line in a series is opening soundtracks. For example, now I watch series "H20: Just add the water", and I watched this just for nostalgy. It's series is from my childhood and I started learning english from it. So series started with a great song. The song sound for me like in pop-rock style. Here the song part of the song: " 'Cause I'm no ordinary girl I'm from the deep blue underworld Land or sea I've got the power if I just believe" I like in this song how lyric so rhymes. And it's sound so motivated and inspirated. Like can rephrase phrases: "I'm not a just, simple and no name a girl. Yeah, I'm from small country and small town. But it doesn't meaning, that If I live in small town, my possibilities, is unpossible. If I want something - I CAN! Just believed in yourself and just DO it!"
