At the beginning of a class I`ll introduce key vocabulary related to places in the city (e.g., park, library, restaurant, museum) and city activities (e.g., shopping, dining, sightseeing). Then we`ll work in pairs or small groups. I`ll provide each group with a list of city activities and ask you to discuss and prioritize your favorite activities in the city. We`ll also talk about a prepositional case and some verbs of motion.

By the end of this lesson, students will have gained an understanding of common places, activities, and transportation within a city, enhancing their ability to describe and discuss urban experiences in English.
