Join us to make some new friends as we discuss in Spanish. After getting to know each other, we all will take turns to share our opinion and ask questions about diversity work. First I will give a personal example of a specific aspect about diversity and explain, then it will be everyone´s turn. We will talk about our opinion about diversity in our workplace, types of diversity, advantages and disadvantages, examples of a problem we had (causes, consequences) and a solution, success cases and good practices, things we would change, and general advice. Group sessions are a great opportunity to practice in a relaxed space, make mistakes, and have fun together. Our phones should on silent mode (if there is background noise, you can just mute your mic so that others are not bothered). We're all here to support each other, so please be respectful and punctual, and approach conversations with an open mind and positive attitude. Don't be afraid to ask questions!
