What are some English words and expressions that have come from horror movies? What are the rules of surviving a horror movie? What are some clichés? These are the questions to be discussed. Whether you are someone who loves horror movies or someone who can’t even watch a movie alone, join us in discussing this great genre of cinema.

The aims of this class are: • Have a group discussion with people around the world about fears and horror movies. • Practice your listening skills by listening to other people. • Feel more comfortable interacting with others. • Describe your favorite or scariest horror movie you have seen for others in the class. • Learn some useful vocabulary and expressions in English that come from horror movies. This course is aimed at intermediate English learners (B1-B2). Individual correction of your English may sometimes occur during the group class when it is necessary, but the teacher will aim to provide any feedback and corrects to each student individually after the class. Individual feedback for movie descriptions will also be provided after the class by the teacher.
