美瑛/びえい
・お昼には31度になる予定
・東京だと37度になるみたい
・37度は想像できない。 経験したことがない。皆さんの国はどうですか？

・富良野と美瑛に行った
・富良野は知ってますか？ とてもきれいな景色が見える場所です。
・今月7月はとてもお花がきれいな季節
・実は、7月の富良野に行ったことがない。
・バスで富良野に行った
・札幌から富良野まで、バスで約2時間くらい
・朝の7時45分に出発
・そんなに暑くなくて、お昼で28度くらい
・だけど、暑いのに慣れていないので、とても暑かった。

・まず、富良野にある「ファーム富田/ふぁーむとみた」という場所に行った。
・お花畑がとてもきれいな場所
・ラベンダーというお花がとてもきれい
・ 赤や黄色や白の花がたくさん咲いていた
・ たくさんの観光の人も来てた
・韓国の人が多かったと思う

・次に、美瑛にある「青い池」という池に行った
・名前の通り、青く見えるということで有名
・写真では見たことはある
・実際見るととてもきれいだった
 ・青いというよりは、 水色。
・水色は青より薄い色
 ・とても感動した
・その日によって色が変わるということなので、また見に行きたいなと思った。

・札幌に着いたのは大体夕方の6時くらい
・バスにずっと揺られていたのでちょっと疲れた
・楽しい1日だった

・7月の富良野
・6月の美瑛

Habit stacking in a business context is a behavioral technique for integrating desired routines into existing workflows. It involves pairing a new, target behavior (e.g., reviewing daily sales reports) with an established trigger habit (e.g., checking your inbox each morning). By capitalizing on the automatic nature of existing habits, the cue to perform the target behavior becomes ingrained, increasing its adoption and persistence. Habit stacking can be used to improve individual productivity (e.g., streamlining post-meeting follow-ups) or foster team-level behavioral change (e.g., implementing a daily huddle for information sharing). The effectiveness of this technique hinges on selecting appropriate trigger habits – frequent, consistent actions with minimal cognitive load. Additionally, target habits should be small, achievable actions to ensure successful integration and minimize disruption to existing workflows. Through repetition and positive reinforcement, habit stacking strengthens the association between the trigger and target behavior, ultimately leading to the desired routine becoming an automatic part of the workday.
