我这个人呀，什么都好，就是胆子小。
夜里不敢一个人在家，上课不敢大胆发言，大家都叫我“ 胆小鬼”。 
在中国第一天上课时，我在心里暗下决心， 见了同学要问好。结果，我非常紧张 ， 嘴巴张了张想说话，可是嘴里像塞了一团棉花，怀里像揣了一只小兔子枰枰直跳，怎么也说不出话来，脸羞得通红，
头也不由自主地低了下去。

你们紧张的时候也跟我一样吗？

解馋小零食

我和个胆小鬼！(Intermediate) 

朋友们你们好！这一集我已经准备了一些自己非常喜欢的零食。它们是我学习汉语过程中的几条心得。我话就不多说了，我们边吃边学吧！


1）给自己定下小目标：
比如说：你每天都会学10分钟的汉语。听起来很短，才十分钟！不过如果你一年365天每天都全心全意地学10分钟，相信我，你会学到很多东西！

2）改变手机语言 ：
一开始，可能会有很多词语你看不懂，但是我们每天随时都要用手机，所以你慢慢会习惯的。

3）模仿本地人的发音和语气：
在看视频，看电视剧或者在听播客的时候，可以暂停一下，模仿他们说的每一句话。这是一个能帮助你练习自然口音的方法。我个人觉得特别有用！

4）自己录音：
学习时，可以录一下你说汉语的声音。这个方法有两个目的。首先，录完就可以自己听，然后跟母语者说的作比较。其次，学习了一段时间后，回头再听就可以感觉到你的进步，鼓励自己！

5）不要怕被笑话：
很多朋友担心自己说错，所以很少开口。你知道吗，你虽然会认识很多生词，但是如果你不说话，那些词你会很容易忘掉的。多多说话不但帮你说得更流利，而且也是学习和复习词语的一个好方式。

最后有一个小小的tip想跟你们分享一下。有不少朋友问了我，如果想轻松地跟中国朋友聊天那应该学习什么内容：我觉得只要是让你感兴趣的内容，你都可以去学。学自己喜欢的，这样会更有意思，学得更快！

朋友们你们好！今天的零食是一个故事，叫做 “小猫种鱼”。
听起来有点儿怪怪的，对吧？你们是不是很好奇呢？我们一起边吃边学吧！

从前有一只小懒猫，他很喜欢吃鱼，但是他不喜欢和妈妈一起去钓鱼。
小猫对妈妈说：“钓鱼太累了，要是不用钓鱼也能有很多很多的鱼就好了”。

小猫经常去附近的农场玩儿。
春天的时候，小猫看见农民把花生种进地里。秋天的时候，农民收了很多花生。
春天的时候，小猫看见农民把玉米种进地里。秋天的时候，农民收了很多玉米。
春天的时候，小猫看见农民把土豆种进地里。秋天的时候，农民收了很多很多的土豆。

小猫想：要是秋天我也能收到好多好多的鱼就好了，我就不用去钓鱼了。
于是，小猫找了一些小鱼，小心地把小鱼种进地里。
小猫等啊等，一个月，两个月，三个月过去了，小猫想：秋天的时候，我一定会收到很多很多的鱼。

故事到这儿就结束了！你们觉得，秋天的时候，  小猫会有很多鱼吗？
