If you define gratefulness you'll see various definitions such as: 

A feeling of thankfulness and appreciation or

A recognition and enjoyment of the good qualities of something or 

Gratitude is generally viewed as a positive emotion associated with well-being, joy, and contentment.

You can choose your own version for it.

The point of this exercise is to let you loosen up (Become less tense or stiff) towards your achievements, successes, results and connect to your Spiritual Heart.

最近、ドイツのスーパーでは小麦粉や油、パスタが売り切れになっています。油については揚げ物に使うひまわり油は売り切れていますが、オリーブオイルはあります。小麦粉や油を置いている棚には「1人２個まで」と書いた紙が貼ってあります。
この状況がなぜ起こっているのか、私には詳しい理由がわかりません。戦争のせいでウクライナやロシアから商品が来ていないからかもしれないし、緊急の場合に備えて買いだめをしている人が多いからかもしれません。
２年前にパンデミックが始まった時にも小麦粉とトイレットペーパーが売り切れになりました。
幸い、私の家には去年イタリアでもらったオリーブオイルとパスタがたくさんあるので困っていません。
みなさんの国ではどうですか？

ドイツでは小麦粉と油が売り切れになっています（Flour and oil are sold out in Germany)

みなさんは「さぼる」の意味を知っていますか？さぼるとは「怠けて、やらなければいけないことをやらない」ことです。学校をさぼる、勉強をさぼる、など日本人はよくこのフレーズを使います。「後回しにする」というフレーズもあります。「後回しにする」の意味は「やる順番を変えて遅らせる」という意味です。「大事なことは後回しにせずに先にやりなさい」と言われたことがある日本人はたくさんいると思います。

最後に、みなさんにお願いがあります。「サボってないで、早く新しいエピソードを作って」と言って、私のお尻を叩いてください。そうすれば、早く新しいエピソードが聞けようになるかもしれません。ちなみに「お尻をたたく」とは「やる気が出るようにはげましたり、何かをするように促すことです。このフレーズもよく使うので覚えましょう！
