പിന്നെ കാണാം - pinne kaanam - see you later

BLOCK 2 — THE LEARNER'S TOOLKIT, THE TEN THAT MATTER MOST
ഞാൻ മലയാളം പഠിക്കുകയാണ് - njan malayalam padikkukayanu - I am learning Malayalam
മലയാളത്തിൽ പറയാമോ? - malayalathil parayamo? - could you say it in Malayalam?
ഇതിന്റെ അർത്ഥം എന്താണ്? - ithinte artham enthanu? - what does this mean?
ഞാൻ പറഞ്ഞത് ശരിയാണോ? - njan paranjathu shariyano? - is what I said correct?
ഒന്ന് തിരുത്താമോ? - onnu thiruthamo? - could you correct me?
എനിക്ക് മനസ്സിലായില്ല - enikku manassilayilla - I did not understand
മനസ്സിലായി - manassilayi - I understood

BLOCK 3 — QUESTIONS
എന്താണ്? ആരാണ്? എവിടെയാണ്? എപ്പോഴാണ്? എങ്ങനെയാണ്? എന്തുകൊണ്ട്? എത്രയാണ്?

BLOCK 4 — GETTING BY
അതെ - athe - yes
ഇല്ല - illa - no, there is not
അല്ല - alla - no, it is not
മതി - mathi - enough
വേണം / വേണ്ട - venam / venda - I want it / I do not want it
അറിയില്ല - ariyilla - I do not know
സാരമില്ല - saaramilla - never mind
ക്ഷമിക്കണം - kshamikkanam - sorry, excuse me

BLOCK 5 — SHOPS AND MONEY
ഇത് എത്രയാണ്? - ithu ethrayanu? - how much is this?
കുറച്ച് കുറയ്ക്കാമോ? - kurachu kuraykkamo? - could you reduce it a little?
ബാക്കി തരണം - baakki tharanam - please give the change
ചില്ലറ ഉണ്ടോ? - chillara undo? - do you have change?
