Daniel: ¡Totalmente de acuerdo! El tráiler parecía prometedor, pero la película fue una decepción total.

Sofía: ¡Sí! Parecía que iba a ser un thriller lleno de suspenso, y terminó siendo… ¿qué fue eso? ¿Un drama sin sentido?

Daniel: Exacto. Además, el guion era terrible. Los diálogos parecían escritos por un robot.

Sofía: ¡Y qué me dices de las actuaciones! La protagonista siempre tenía la misma expresión, estuviera asustada o feliz.

Daniel: Jajaja, sí, parecía que se había aprendido el guion 5 minutos antes de grabar.

Sofía: Y el villano… qué decepción. Lo mostraron en el tráiler como un genio malvado y resultó ser un tipo confundido.

Daniel: ¡Lo sé! Ni siquiera explicaron bien sus motivos. ¿Por qué quería destruir la ciudad? Nunca lo dijeron.

Sofía: Claro, y esa escena final… ¡por favor! ¿Cómo es que la protagonista sobrevive a una explosión sin un rasguño?

Daniel: Ahí me reí, no te voy a mentir. Fue tan ridículo que parecía una comedia.

Sofía: Sí, definitivamente fue una pérdida de tiempo. ¿Sabías que esta película costó 50 millones de dólares?

Daniel: ¿50 millones? ¿En qué se los gastaron? Porque los efectos especiales parecían de hace veinte años.

Sofía: Totalmente. Esa escena del helicóptero parecía hecha con una aplicación de celular.

Daniel: Bueno, al menos las palomitas estaban buenas.

Sofía: ¡Jajaja! Eso sí, las palomitas salvaron la noche.

Daniel: ¿Qué calificación le darías del 1 al 10?

Sofía: Le doy un 3… y solo por las palomitas.

Daniel: Yo le doy un 2… y eso siendo generoso.

Sofía: ¡Definitivamente no volveremos a ver una película dirigida por ese director!

はい、こんにちは。今回はポッドキャストの8回目です。週末はこの前買ったアンクルウェイトをつけて筋トレをしました。アンクルウェイトは、0.5kgの違いでも大きな変化を感じます。ダンベルも3kgから5kgにしようと考えていましたが、いきなり重くすると体に負担がかかりすぎて、よくないかもしれません。無理のない習慣を続けながら、少しずつ増やしていく必要がありそうです。仕事や勉強のプロセスも似ています。

Hello, This is episode 8 of season 2 of my podcast. At the weekend I did some muscle training with the ankle weights I bought last time. With ankle weights, even a difference of 0.5 kg makes a big difference. I was also thinking of increasing the dumbbells from 3kg to 5kg, but suddenly going heavier might not be a good idea as it puts too much strain on the body. I think I need to increase the weight steadily little by little while continuing regularly, and not exerting myself too much.The process of work and study is similar.

Last week I talked about Generation Z in my university class. Generation Z are people born between the late 1990s and about 2010. I am a millennial (born between 1980 and 1995), one generation before that, also known as Generation Y. Generation Z are digital natives, so they do most of their communication and information gathering online. Many university professors are Generation X (born 1965-1980) or pre-Generation X; the way Generation X communicated and gathered information was by telephone. As Generation Y, I use both the internet and the telephone a lot. In class, all generations came together to discuss differences in thinking.
