今日は日本語の単語の覚え方について話したいと思います。新しい単語を覚える時、フラッシュカードを作る人が多いです。しかし、フラッシュカードの単語が完全にランダムだと、覚えるのが大変です。どの単語を、どれぐらい、いつまでに覚えればいいか考えてみましょう。私が日本語のレッスンで使う２つのアイデアについて話します。

Today I would like to talk about how to remember Japanese words. When learning new words, many people make flashcards. However, if the words on the flashcards are completely random, it can be hard to remember them. Think about which words you need to learn, how many and by when. I will talk about two ideas I use in my Japanese lessons.

１つめは、教科書の単語を覚える方法です。日本語の勉強で教科書を使っている場合は、この方法がいいです。まず、教科書の単語を１０個選んで、フラッシュカードに書いて、覚えます。一週間後、フラッシュカードの日本語だけを見て、その単語を使って、文章を作ってみます。単語の意味を思い出せない時は、辞書じゃなくて、教科書を見ます。教科書の日本語の文章だけを見て、単語の意味を思い出せるかチェックしましょう。

The first method is to learn vocabulary from textbooks. This method is good if you are using textbooks in your Japanese studies. First, choose 10 words from the textbook, write them on flashcards and memorise them. After a week, look at only the Japanese on the flashcards and try to make sentences using the words. If you cannot remember the meaning of a word, look in the textbook, not the dictionary. Look at only the Japanese sentences in the textbook (not the translation) and see if you can remember the meaning of the word.

２つめは、よく使う単語を覚える方法です。日本語のレッスンでよく会話をする場合は、この方法がいいです。まず、レッスンで使った単語を１０個選んで、ノートの同じページに書いて、覚えます。一週間後、単語の意味だけを見て、それを日本語でなんと言うか思い出してみます。思い出せない時は、辞書じゃなくて、ノートを見てみましょう。そして、レッスンの会話の内容を思い出せるかチェックしましょう。

カブライダーになる！
今日は　私がカブライダーになったお話です。
実は　去年の１２月に小型自動２輪車の免許を取りました。
小型自動２輪車とは、排気量が５０ｃｃ超えで１２５ｃｃ以下のオートバイのことです。
もともと　車の免許は持っていましたが、バイクは今まで５０ｃｃ以下のものさえ　乗ったことはありませんでした。
なのに、なぜ　今更　小型自動２輪の免許を取ることにしたのか？
それは、去年　仲のいい友人二人が　そろってホンダのクロスカブを買ったからです。
それまで　私は　いつも　後ろに乗せてもらうばかりでした。バイクを運転したいと思ったこともないし、むしろ　怖くてできないと思っていました。
でも、クロスカブは大きくないし、イスに座るみたいに　まっすぐ座るので　運転も楽そうです。それにないより、かわいい。友人一人のクロスカブは　くまモンバージョンで、黒い車体にくまモンのマークが付いているし、キーもくまモンです。私はもともと大のくまモン好きで、いろいろなくまモングッズを集めています。だから、このバイクも欲しいと思ったんですね。
そして、小型自動二輪AT限定の免許を取るために、去年の９月から３か月間、教習所に通いました。自転車には乗れるのでバランスを保つことはちゃんとできました。でも、バイクはハンドルをちょっと回すだけで　勢いよく動き出すので　初めはとても怖かったです。それでも、何回か教習所に通ううちに、だんだんバイクに慣れてきました。バイクの操作そのものを習得する第一段階は予定回数をちょっとオーバーしました。交通ルールと安全確認を習得する第二段階はスムーズにできました。なぜなら、車の免許は持っていましたから。
そして、卒業検定！試験にはコースが２つあって、どちらのコースが当たるかは当日までわかりません。私は、２つのコースのルートマップを　試験前に先生と一緒に確認し、頭に叩き込みました。３０人ぐらいの人が同じ日に試験を受けました。みんな、とても緊張した表情をしていました。きっと　私もしかめっ面になっていたと思います。
途中で失敗をして、失格になるとその場で試験が終わります。そんなことにならないようにと思うと、ますますドキドキしてきました。私の順番は最後のほうだったので、まだまだ時間はあると思っていたのに、前の人があっという間に失格になって、思っていたより早く私の順番が来ました。
バイクにはトランシーバーが取り付けられていて、試験官の指示がそこから聞こえます。「はじめてください」という声で、スタートです。私は、小さな声で「左ウインカーつける」「けす」「とまる」「安全確認　左」などとつぶやきながら、バイクを走らせました。３０キロを保って走ったり、ある地点でピタッと止まったり、１０メートルほどの細い一本橋を渡ったり。S字クランクに、L字クランク。どれも、練習で苦労した課題です。どれか一つでも失敗したら、試験はそこで終了です。一番大切なのは、安全確認。別ルートを走っているほかのライダーを邪魔したり、危険な走行をしても失格です。止まるときも、ラインぎりぎりにピタッと止めなければいけません。小さな声で一つ一つの動作を言い、確認しながら、なんとかゴールすることができました。
ゴールでエンジンを切って、バイクを正しく止めたところで、試験官の声がトランシーバーから聞こえてきました。「はい。よくできていました。S字クランクの後の右の安全確認だけ　もうちょっとできていたらよかったけどね。OKです」
やった～！合格だ～！うれしかったです。そのあと、簡単な卒業式がありました。試験前は３０人ぐらいいたのに、合格した人は半分くらいでした。

１２５ｃｃのバイクの免許は取れました。あとはバイクを買うだけです。
実は、私が買ったのは、くまモンのクロスカブではなく、青色のスーパーカブです。とても鮮やかな青色で、きれいです。　なぜ、くまモンじゃないの？って思いますよね。実は、クロスカブは車高が高くて、止まったときに　私の足が地面に着かないことがわかったんです。それで、悩みに悩んで、クロスカブはあきらめて　スーパーカブにしたんです。
ちょっと残念だけど、青色のスーパーカブも　とても気に入っています。まだ数回しか乗っていませんが、少しずつ遠出に挑戦していこうと思っています。

Desde los tacos, ya sean de pastor, de suadero, de longaniza, de canasta ; o ya sean las quesadillas, el caldo tlalpeño, las chalupas, el guajolote hidalguense, las enchiladas, las enmoladas; o simplemente para acompañar el guiso de cualquier mexicano, la tortilla es el alimento primordial.
En una mesa mexicana, a la hora de la comida, se ve el guisado, las aguas frescas para tomar, y un paquete de tortillas, generalmente de un kilo, para ir degustando, con una mano tu platillo en la cuchara, y con la otra un pedazo de tortilla. De esta manera, la tortilla se vuelve esencial en la dieta mexicana. 
¿Cuándo comenzó a servirse de esta manera? ¿Por qué es tan importante en la dieta de un mexicano? ¿Cuál es el origen de la tortilla?
Pues resultó que, la tortilla, es un aditamento gastronómico que nos acompaña desde al menos el año 500 a. C, pues en la región de Oaxaca se han encontrado vestigios de planchas de arcilla para preparar tortillas que datan de esa época.
El maíz, siendo la base principal de alimento para las civilizaciones mesoamericanas, se utiliza al mismo en diferentes formas. Los conquistadores y los frailes que convertían a los indígenas, localizarían a la tortilla como un pan de maíz. Los conquistadores creían que era como un pan cocido, o un pan que no tiene volumen.
Sus técnicas para preparar la tortilla, variaban considerablemente. Por ejemplo, en el caso de las tortillas prehispánicas, la masa era moldeada con las manos limpias, por lo que quedaba con una apariencia poco regular. A lo largo de la primera mitad del siglo XX aparecerán nuevas máquinas, algunas semi-manuales, como las  que diseñaron Salvador Guzmán en 1935 y la fabricación por Félix Rábago en 1936. Ambas consistentes en dos planchas de metal, pero sustituyen la palanca por un rasero que extiende la masa de nixtamal en el agujero circular que se encuentra en la plancha superior, de modo que al levantar esto se obtiene el disco de masa.
