みなさん、こんにちは。
みなさんは、お菓子作りをしますか。
バナナケーキを作ったことがありますか。
ホットケーキミックスで作るバナナケーキは、我が家の定番の朝ごはんメニューなんです。
息子も娘も大好きで、いつも取り合いです。
では、作り方をご紹介します。
まずは、材料と用意するものです。
・18㎝のパウンド型（これはダイソーやcandoのような100円ショップで売っています）
・バナナ2本
・卵　1個
・砂糖　30ｇ
・サラダ油　60ｇ
・ホットケーキミックス150ｇ（これは日本のスーパーであれば、どこにでも売っています。みなさんの国にもありますか。あるかな。あるといいな。きっと国によって少し味が違うと思うんですよね。みなさんの国のホットケーキミックスはどんな味なんでしょうか）
➀まず、型にシートをひきます。そしてオーブンを180度に予熱（よねつ）します。
②ボウルにバナナ１本を入れて、フォークでつぶして、ペースト状（じょう）にします。ペースト状、わかりますか。どろっとなるまで、バナナをつぶします。
③ペースト状にしたバナナに、卵、砂糖、サラダ油を加えてよく混ぜます。最後にホットケーキミックスも加えて混ぜます。
④これを、型に流し込みます。もう一本のバナナを縦半分（たてはんぶん）に切ってのせます。
⑤予熱したオーブンで35分～40分焼きます。

たったのこれだけです。すごく簡単でしょ。ぜひ、作ってみてください。おいしいですよ。

Once you are asked a question or given a topic to talk about, be creative and use phrases and expressions that the examiner will find appealing!

こんにちは～！マルハバ！
 サウジの日本語の先生、佳子です。
このポッドキャストでは、日本やサウジアラビアのこと、私の日常などについて、ゆるく日本語でお話ししています。トランスクリプトとクイズは、ぜひ概要欄をチェックしてくださいね！
みなさんー！お元気ですかー？今週から、サウジに真夏がやってきました。
 朝8時の時点で、もう30度を超えています。日差しもじりじり強くて、朝ランはさすがにもう無理そうです。これからは、おうちで筋トレを頑張ります！
さて、今日は「オンライン日本語教師の嬉しかった話 」について話します。
昨日、2年くらいレッスンをしていなかったサウジ人の生徒さんから、久しぶりにメッセージが来ました。
「こんにちは、佳子先生。お久しぶりです。お元気ですか？また少しずつ日本語を勉強したいと思っています。ちなみに、前に使っていたGoogleドキュメント、まだ持っていますか？すごく勉強になるんです！」
私のレッスンでは、毎回Googleドキュメントにメモを取っています。
 レッスン中に言えなかったこと、間違えた表現、新しいフレーズ、文法ポイントなどをまとめて、レッスン後に整理して送っています。
正直、レッスン後にどれくらいの人が復習してくれているのかは分かりません。
 でも、この生徒さんはとてもまじめで、毎回ドキュメントを自分でも整理しながら復習していました。ただ、まさか2年後もまだ使ってくれるとは思っていませんでした。Googleドキュメントのリンクを送ったあと、こんな返信が来ました。
「今でもドキュメントを残しているなんて、本当に学生さんたちを大事にしているんですね。素晴らしいです！」
それを読んだとき、胸が熱くなりました。
私はいつも、レッスン後に「何を話したか」をメモしています。
 実は、昔の会話を覚えるのがあまり得意ではありません。久しぶりのレッスンだと、「前に何を話したっけ？」となることもあります。だから、同じ質問をしないように、そして以前の会話につながる話ができるように記録しています。
実は、昔オンライン英会話を受けていたとき、すごく優しくて聞き上手な先生がいたんですが、同じことを何度も聞かれることがありました。特に、「息子さん、何歳だっけ？」「もう小学生？」みたいな質問ですね。そのたびに、「あれ、それ前にも話した気がするなあ…」と少しもやもやしていました。
そんな経験もあって、日本語を教え始めてから、ずっと記録を残しています。なので、2年ぶりのレッスンでも、「まだ保険会社で働いてる？」「そういえば、パイロットのお兄さんはアメリカから帰国したの？」みたいな質問ができます。
この生徒さんが言ってくれたように、私は生徒さん一人ひとり、そして一つひとつのレッスンを大事にしたいと思っています。たとえ一度レッスンから離れても、いつでもウェルカムです！実は最近、レッスンのことなどで少し悩んでいたのですが、この生徒さんの言葉に本当に救われました。よし、また今日から頑張ろう！と思えました。

さて、今日のフレーズは、「胸が熱くなる」です。強い感動や情熱で、胸の奥がじーんと熱くなるような気持ちを表す表現です。ネットや若者言葉では、「胸アツ」と言われることもあります。例えば、
「決勝戦で負けたチームのキャプテンのスピーチに胸が熱くなった。」
「最後のシーンが胸アツで、思わず涙が出た。」のように使います。
