When she did well, she sometimes self-sabotaged by downplaying her accomplishments or giving up at the next hurdle. According to research, self-sabotage often results from feelings of inadequacy or low self-worth, where people create barriers to avoid possible failure. Sophie’s “learning guilt” made her believe she wasn’t truly capable or deserving of progress, reinforcing her tendency to give up rather than push forward.

日本は1/1から地震があり、今も行方不明者がいたり、大変な状況が続いていますね。

それで、今回は日本に住んでいる外国人、日本語学習者向けに、地震の前に準備しておくことを話します。

これはNHKの情報を参考にします。

① 水や食べ物を準備する

大きな地震が起こると、
電気が止まったり、水道やガスが出なくなることがあります。

買い物に行けなくなったり、スーパーに物がなくなります。
簡単に食べられるものを準備しましょう。

ちなみに、水は1人1日2リットル必要だと言われています。

避難する時に持っていくかばんを準備しておきましょう。
2日分ぐらいの服や食べ物、ラジオやライトを用意しましょう。

② どこに逃げるか調べる

地震などで危険を感じた時は、近くの避難場所に逃げましょう。

避難所マップと検索すると、Yahoo!のサイトで近い避難場所を調べることができます。
