"Anytime we are caught up managing our image, how we look and appear, and come across to somebody else, that immediately takes us right out of authenticity. So you're moving further away from what's really going to win you that interview."

"What leaders really want to see is that they can trust somebody. If you aren't able to say, "I need help, or I can't do that, or I don't know how to do that," they're going to have trouble trusting you."

みなさん、こんにちは。日本語教師の亜希子です。

いつもインスタグラムやYoutubeを見てくださって、本当にありがとうございます。

今日のテーマは、「日本語の勉強」です。今このポッドキャストを聞いているあなたは、熱心に日本語を勉強している人ですね！よくがんばっていますね！素晴らしいです！

どうやったら日本語が上手になりますか？とよく聞かれるので、今回は会話の勉強法について、私の経験も交えながらお話したいと思います。

まず一つ目は、基本的な文法と語彙をマスターすることです。これは教科書に沿ってやっていきましょう。

二つ目は、音読をすることです。音読の方法はとてもシンプルです。まずは音声、スクリプト、訳、この三つを準備しましょう。意味を理解しながら、音声を聞き、それを真似ます。音声を注意深く聞きながら、その音声のとおりに真似をして言ってみるんです。それをずっと繰り返します。覚えてしまってもいいです。とても退屈な練習ですが、この練習をすることで一気にリスニング力がアップします。私は実際にこの方法でだいぶ英語が聴き取りやすくなったので、みなさんにお勧めしています。私が一番英語を勉強していたときは、毎日30分この音読をやっていました。

三つ目は、日本人と話すことです。今まで勉強してきたことを会話でアウトプットします。間違えてるかも・・・と心配せずに、勉強したことをどんどん話してみましょう。実際に使うことで、見えてくる課題がありますし、親切な人ならアドバイスをくれるかもしれません。

言語の勉強は毎日の努力の積み重ねです。一朝一夕では話せるようにはなりません。ですから、諦めずに毎日少しでもいいので、日本語に触れて、勉強をつづけてほしいと思います。
