大変（たいへん）！大変！すもうとりと野球（やきゅう）の選手（せんしゅ）が、たくさんコロナになっちゃって、取り組み（とりくみ）や試合（しあい）ができなくなっています。こんな夏（なつ）ははじめてだ。夏には高校野球もあるのに、大丈夫（だいじょうぶ）か⁈　子どもたちの夏には、スポーツの試合がいっぱい。学校の水泳（すいえい）の練習もあるから、実（じつ）はとても忙（いそが）しいんです。そんな夏と学校とスポーツの関係（かんけい）を少しお話ししようと思います。スポーツの名前がいろいろ出てきます。みなさんの好きなスポーツがあるといいな。

こんにちは！
Japanese daily life podcast のAtsushiです。
このPodcastは、日本語を楽しく勉強しているみなさんに向けたPodcastです。


今日はぼくの毎日のルーティンについて話します。

先日、日本語のオンラインレッスンで生徒さんと話していた時に、ルーティンの話をしていて、ほとんど一緒ですね！と盛り上がったので、ぼくのルーティンについて話そうと思います。

ぼくはルーティンが好きです。
慣れるまでは大変ですけど、慣れると考えなくてもできるようになるし、簡単です。そして、積み重ねていけるので、自分の成長につながると思っています。

ということで、ぼくの今のルーティンです。
特に朝についてのルーティンを話します。

朝6時前に起きます。
それからウォーキングとランニングをします。
ランニングは今は5キロぐらいですね。
帰ってきたら簡単なヨガとトレーニングをします。
トレーニングは今はダンベルを使います。
ダンベルを使うと効果的に負荷がかかるので良いですね。

それからシャワーをあびて、ご飯を食べます。
そのあとにだいたい日本語のレッスンがあります。

あいてる時間でPodcastをとります。
いつもトピックを考えるのは大変ですが、楽しいです。

その後はDuolingo というアプリで言語の勉強をします。
このアプリはいろんな言語を同時に勉強できるので好きです。今はもうすぐトルコに行くのでトルコ語をメインに勉強していますが、他に英語はもちろん、スペイン語、ドイツ語なども勉強しています。

あとは時間は決めていないですが、
・Kindleで出版する為の旅行本を作っています
・世界遺産に興味があるので、YouTubeで世界遺産や世界史についての動画を見ています

週に1回か2回、italkiで英語のレッスンを受けています。
このレッスンは日常会話がメインです。
日常的なこと
旅行のこと
ニュースのこと
などいろんなトピックについて話します。

話す時にうまく話せなかった経験をすることや、単語がわからない時に調べてはじめて知る時間が好きです。

あとは、お互いの国の知らないことや違いについて話すことがとても好きです。海外の人と話すと、考えが1つではないことに気づきます。


来週からはトルコへ行きます。
3か月、トルコで生活しながらitalkiのレッスンをします。
海外に1か月以上いるのははじめてなので、少しだけ緊張しますが、めっちゃ楽しみです。

はじめはルーティンが少しくずれると思いますが、早めに生活に慣れて、日本での生活と同じようなルーティンを作りたいなと考えています。

来週からはPodcastもトルコ編になります。
楽しみにしていくださいね！
