In the previous podcast, I mentioned that investing in yourself is a must when you want to glow or level up. It is a must to have  a personal development budget that will not break the bank.
I will share some of my best practices in this podcast on how I budget, what I spend on depending on my goals.

外婆养了好几只猫。其实算不上养，因为那些都是流浪猫，突然跑到院子来，给它们吃的，就留下来了。半年或一年后，他们又会突然消失。外婆不想念它们，名字也不取，一只消失，一只又来了。
外婆最害怕冲突，最喜欢亲人团聚。每次他在电话里叫大家回来聚，那种语气，有一丝胆怯。害怕打扰，又鼓起勇气，她一辈子付出，几乎没什么自我表达。全世界的外婆都是这样。我想多了解她一些，可她习惯了沉默，好像从来不需要得到些什么。

关于人的性格、心理感觉的一些词：
1.怕冲突：怕冲突的人喜欢大家都开开心心的。
2.胆怯：这位新同学小声地向大家介绍了自己，有些胆怯。
3.有勇气：能面对失败的人，都是有勇气的人。  他没有勇气做这个决定。
4.付出：他总是付出给别人，不在乎自己得到了什么。
5.表达：他是一个很表达的人。
6.沉默：父亲的爱是一种沉默的爱，总是说得很少，做得很多。
7.温和：外婆是一个温和的胖老太太。

Chapter 2. Upload: Five principles to end Forgetting 

Para aprender un idioma, la eficiencia es clave. usar técnicas de estudio que se alineen al funcionamiento del cerebro hará que cada hora invertida en el nuevo idioma sea lo más productiva posible.
Para esto el autor propone usar el sistema de repetición espaciada, el cual se basa en la curva del olvido, que muestra cómo los recuerdos se desvanecen con el tiempo, a menos que se refuercen. Este sistema propone revisar conceptos en diferentes puntos del tiempo para maximizar su recuerdo.
¿Estás intentando aprender vocabulario y es difícil recordarlo? Intenta usar Anki, es un software libre de flashcards que usa el sistema de repetición espaciada. Cuando crees tus tarjetas puedes añadir, imágenes y sonidos asociados con la nueva palabra, si creas diferentes conexiones, utilizando todos tus sentidos tendrás más oportunidades de recordar.
Cuando estés revisando la información hazlo de forma activa, es decir, antes de verificar la respuesta o que alguien te la diga, intenta recordar y llegar a la respuesta por ti mismo.
