zum Mitlesen:

Ich gehe hungrig in die Küche, nehme eine Salatschüssel und eine Reibe aus dem Schrank und beginne eine Möhre und eine Rote Beete zu reiben. Den Salat schmecke ich mit Zitronensaft und Salz ab – oh ja, genau so soll er sein!
Dann stelle die Suppe von gestern auf den Herd. Mit einer Kelle rühre ich hin und wieder in der Suppe, damit sie gleichmäßig warm wird. Während sie langsam heiß wird, nehme ich einen tiefen Teller aus dem Schrank und Besteck aus der Schublade. Ich mag es, wenn alles seinen Platz hat und ich nichts suchen muss!
Die Suppe beginnt zu kochen. Ich rieche den leckeren Duft und freue mich schon aufs Essen. Ich rühre die Suppe noch mal um und gieße sie dann vorsichtig Kelle für Kelle in den Teller. Die heiße Suppe dampft.
Nun schneide ich Brot in Scheiben. Ich lege die Brotscheiben auf einen kleinen Teller neben meinem Suppenteller. Mit dem Messer schmiere ich ein bisschen Butter auf eine Brotscheibe und streue ein bisschen Salz darauf.
Ich setze mich an den Tisch und nehme den Löffel in die Hand. Zuerst probiere ich die Suppe. Sie ist genau richtig: nicht zu heiß und nicht zu kalt. Dann tunke ich das Butterbrot in die Suppe und beiße hinein. Es schmeckt wunderbar zusammen mit der Suppe und dem Salat. 
In Ruhe esse und genieße ich die Mahlzeit. Danach fühle ich mich satt und zufrieden. Ich räume den Tisch ab und spüle das Geschirr. Jetzt kann ich mich entspannen und den restlichen Tag genießen.

今日の北海道の天気は晴れ。
気温は21℃です。暑くないです。

今日はコーヒーについて。
私はオンラインで日本語を教えながら、オンラインでコーヒー豆を売っています。日本だけで売っています。

自分でコーヒーを焙煎ばいせんしています。
焙煎の意味は、roastですね。
焙煎すると、とても良い香りがします。

コロナ禍になってから、家で焙煎をはじめました。
もともとは自分のためにしていましたが、焙煎したてのコーヒーは香りが豊かです。香りがとても良いです。焙煎したてのコーヒーの香りやおいしさをたくさんの人にも楽しんでもらいたいと思い、オンラインで売ることを決めました。

香りの良い、おいしいコーヒーがあると、家での時間もいいものになりますね。

友達や知り合いも飲んだ後に、おいしかったー、香りが良かったー、などと良いリアクションをくれます。とても嬉しいです。

コーヒーがあると、人とつながりがうまれます。
そのことがとても好きです。

日本語も同じだと思います。
ただ日本語を学習するのではなく、それを通して、人としてつながることが楽しいと私は思います。
私はみなさんの日本語学習のサポートを通して、考えや知識、価値観など、たくさん広がりました。

みなさんにとっても、日本語学習を通していろんな人とつながりが生まれたら、私はとてもうれしいです！


コーヒーの話から日本語の話になりましたが、要は、コーヒーや日本語は人と関わるためのtool、道具で、大切なのは、人とつながりをもつこと、そして、自分の気持ちをオープンできる人に出会えることだと思います。

55  コーヒーについて

The head brewmaster for Weihenstephan, the world's oldest brewery, has a secret: he really likes alcohol-free beer.

Even though he's quick to say he obviously enjoys real beer more, Tobias Zollo says he savors alcohol-free beer when he's working or eating lunch. It has the same taste but fewer calories than regular beer because the alcohol has been removed.

"You can't drink beer every day — unfortunately," he joked at the brewery in the German town of Freising, about 31 kilometers north of Munich.

Alcohol-free beer has been gaining popularity in recent years as beer consumption shrinks.

At the Weihenstephan brewery, which was founded in 1040, non-alcoholic beer now makes up 10% of the volume. The increase since they started making alcohol-free drinks in the 1990s, mirrors the statistics for the rest of Germany's beer industry.

"The people are unfortunately — I have to say that as a brewer — unfortunately drinking less beer," said Zollo. "If there's an alternative to have the crisp and fresh taste from a typical Weihenstephan beer, but just as a non-alcoholic version, we want to do that."

This summer, Munich's first alcohol-free beer garden opened near the city's main train station. And even at Oktoberfest alcohol-free beer is on the menu.

The festival, which began on September 21 and continues until October 6, has 18 large tents and all but two of them offer alcohol-free beer. The sober beverage costs the same as an alcoholic beer — between $15 and $17 for a 1-liter mug — but saves drinkers from a hangover.

"For people who don't like to drink alcohol and want to enjoy the Oktoberfest as well, I think it's a good option," Mikael Caselitz, 24, of Munich said at the festival. "Sometimes people feel like they have more fun with alcohol, which is not a good thing because you can also have fun without alcohol."

He added: "If you want to come and drink alcohol-free beer, nobody will judge you."
