In this episode we are going to learn 【My work】in Chinese.

As a beginner, there're some vocabularies that you didn't learn before, and native speaker's speed seems too fast to understand. But don't worry, let's do it step by step. 
1st time: listen and catch the words you know already, have a guess about the content.
2nd time: look at the text to check if you guessed it right. 
3rd time: listen one more time, repeat after it.
4th time: practice until you can speak as the normal speed without looking at the text.

小时候妈妈问我：“你长大后要做什么？”
xiǎo shí hòu mā ma wèn wǒ ：“ nǐ zhǎng dà hòu yào zuò shén me ？”
When I was a child, my mother asked me, "What do you want to do when you grow up?"
我说：“我以后想当老师。”
wǒ shuō ：“ wǒ yǐ hòu xiǎng dāng lǎo shī 。”
I said, "I want to be a teacher in the future."
现在我是一名老师。
xiàn zài wǒ shì yì míng lǎo shī 。
Now I am a teacher.
我在学校工作。
wǒ zài xué xiào gōng zuò 。
I work at school.
我工作8年了。
wǒ gōng zuò bā nián le 。
I have been working for 8 years.
有时候我的工作很忙，忙得连喝水的时间都没有。

Sometimes my work is so busy that I don't even have time to drink water.
我喜欢我的工作，因为很有意思。

I like my job because it's fun.

L'ispettore Malvisi e il sergente Arimanno trovano una lista della spesa sul luogo del delitto. La vittima è la signora Genitti. La lista appartiene sicuramente all'assassino. Nella lista troviamo scritto: latte, sigarette, frutta, verdura, collutorio rinfrescante, raccoglitore con 20 fogli, acqua e crema per le mani. In questa lista ci sono gli indizi per trovare il colpevole. Come sempre, scrivi il suo nome nei commenti.

将帅是国君的辅佐，辅佐得周详严密，国家就必定强盛；辅佐有疏漏，国家就必然衰弱。
 
国君对军队的危害大体有三种：不了解军队不可以进攻而命令进攻，不了解军队不能撤退而强令军队撤退，这叫做束缚军队；不懂得军中事务却要干预军队的管理事务，将士们会无所适从；不懂得军队作战的权宜机变，却要干预军队的指挥，将士就会产生疑虑。如果军队既无所适从，又疑虑重重，其他诸侯国就会趁机兴兵作难。这就叫做自乱其军，自取其败。因此，以下五种情况可预见获胜：懂得什么情况下可以与敌作战，什么情况下不能与敌作战的，能够获胜；懂得根据兵力的多寡而灵活采取不同战略战术的，能够获胜；将帅与士兵同心同德、同仇敌忾的，能够获胜；以有备之师对付疏懈之敌的，能够获胜；将帅有组织指挥才能而国君又不妄加干预的，能够获胜。这五者是作战取胜的根本条件。
 
所以说：既了解敌方情况，又了解自己情况，才能常胜不败；不了解敌方情况，只了解自己情况，胜败的几率均等；既不了解敌方情况，又不了解自己情况，那每战必败。
