This is a story from earlier in my career when I was a struggling restaurant manager who had revitalize my establishment by fostering teamwork, communication, and a sense of ownership among the staff.  Through pre-shift meetings, a responsibility table, and a focus on the value of customer service, I was able to create a positive and efficient work environment that translated to happy customers and a thriving business.
