こんにちは！Atsushiです。
今回も和食文化について、話します。
今日は日本の魚の料理は寿司や刺身が人気がありますが、焼き魚もとてもおいしいです。僕は今北海道に住んでいるので、ほっけ、鮭などを食べる機会が増えました。

ということで、焼き魚の食べ方がありますので、簡単に話しますね！

焼 き 魚 は 、 頭 か ら 尾尻の方へ 、 上 の身か ら 下 へ 食 べ ます。

上 の 身 を 食 べ た 後にひ っ く り返して食べるのはマナーとして良くない、とされています。 

上の身を食べた後、 魚の頭を押さえて 魚の身と骨の間に箸を入れ、 骨をはがします。その骨は、 器の向こう側に置きます。

と言いましたが、この手順で食べている人はどれぐらいいるかは分かりません。あんまり人と一緒に焼き魚を1尾ずつ食べる機会はないですね。僕自身も、日本人として、この手順を守りながら食べるようにします！

日本に旅行へ来た時に、焼き魚を食べる時があれば、ぜひこのPodcastを聴きながら食べてみてください！
